Work Trip Report Instructions

MATC Maintainers: (Here's your requested email-able Work Trip Report form. If you have more people show up for a trip than space available in box, email the info to your Overseer.) Just fill in the Work Trip Report form with your field data and press the SUBMIT button on the form. It will be processed by a CGI program form handler and routed to myself, the MATC webmaster. I will then forward the report to your overseer. DON'T PUT YOUR OVERSEER'S NAME IN THE MAINTAINER NAME SLOT. USE YOUR OWN NAME - YOU ARE THE MAINTAINER.
For all you trail maintainers who also maintain a lean-to or campsite, the new lean-to/campsite online form is now up I put the district overseers' names up for new maintainers who forgot or don't know their overseer's name yet.
If you don't know who your District Overseer is, here they are:
